‘Bump & Bounce’ is the latest wild creation from trumpet player Ryan Viser, and we’re hyped to assist in bringing it to the masses. Coming out of the Mile High Sound Movement label, the aptly titled banger is the best to come from Viser yet, serving as a sneak peek from an upcoming album […]

The holiday season is the perfect time to give back, and is there any better way to do it than to throw a beer festival with a stacked lineup? We think not. Kicking off the holiday season with his annual jam-filled beer tasting festival, Kyle Hollingsworth and Conscious Alliance brought a slew of talent to […]

The Floozies’ genre-bending sound is best appreciated up close and personal. Their ability to blend live instruments with electronic mixing and appealing samples is unparalleled. Like most great artists, the live experience offered by the Kansas City duo, made up of brothers Matt (guitar) and Mark (drums), adds a whole new dimension that cannot be […]

Imagine Festival was a secret kiss planted on the lips of the new age. Deadmau5 receiving artist of the year by Rolling Stone back in 2012 stands out in my mind as the point in which EDM emerged fully into the mainstream. Since then, we have witnessed the proclaimed death of dubstep, as well as […]

The debut single from the newest Analog Son album, ‘Ugly Mug’ has already been in constant rotation, but it’s just been given the remix treatment courtesy of Recess. Delivering yet another polished production gleaming with future soul, Recess definitely raises the track to a whole other level. Ashley Niven lends her gracious vocals to ‘Ugly […]

While some are content with turning in early on a Sunday night to ready themselves for the work week ahead, I was en route to the Boulder Theater for some Jungle. The 7 piece modern soul band have been on everyone’s radar the past couple of years, and aside from passing festival performances, I had […]

One of Denver’s funkiest electronic hip-hop trios, The Party People, are setting up for a big one this Friday at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom. The group is made up of producers Mikey Thunder and Mr. Bugatti as well as MC Benjamin’s Vibe. It’s safe to say these three are on the same wavelength; whether it’s their […]
