Papadosio brings their stripped-down Microdosio Tour to Chicago’s Lincoln Hall for two intimate nights this April. The Microdosio Tour is an opportunity for the experimental quintet to expand their musical boundaries even further. By compacting their gear and shifting focus to synths, samplers and drum machines opens a refreshing approach to the band’s new material […]

On January 17th, Denver’s Black Box was taken over with a lineup of bass knockouts; some from Denver’s music scene as well as the west coast. The venue’s state-of-the-art sound system perfectly showcased the talents of The Gaslamp Killer, Borahm Lee, Valerie Molano and Bad Example. Hailing the given name of William Bensussen, LA-based Gaslamp […]

Let’s be honest – who hasn’t thought about throwing a rave in a cave?! Of course no one really expected those after-party fantasies to come alive, but where there’s a will, there is always a way. Not only is this the first bass show to happen at The Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee, but experimental dubstep […]

Since their Grammy’s nomination back in November, the average Lettuce fan’s energy has been elevated to another level; mine included. When I was able to secure a flight to San Francisco for the New Year’s Eve Lettuce show, it was all I looked forward to for weeks leading up. Sometimes the best way to ring […]

Prior to about two weeks ago, I hadn’t planned on doing much in regards to New Year plans. However, I also have a knack for getting into shenanigans last minute, and this was no different. Seeing that two bands I adore were heading to Oakland for a two night run at the beautiful Fox Theater, […]
