Fast rising indie dance producer SNBRN is making waves across the west coast. Some may catch similarities in sounds with fellow LiB artist Thomas Jack, but don’t be fooled. SNBRN is blazing his own path with what he likes to call “Sunset House” – a blend of deep house, indie dance and nu disco. With catchy remixes […]

A producer who defies categorization, Mija, aka Amber Giles, is one of the freshest artists we’ve had the pleasure of discovering in recent weeks, and we’re stoked to see her crush it at Spring Awakening this summer. After being signed to Skrillex’s infamously good OWSLA label, Mija has been pushing out special guest mixes such […]

A red and glowing ’13’ hangs above opener Nick Melon‘s head, as deep bass audioscapes mingle with his bone-chilling ambient vocals and consumes the room. He not once glances down at the crowd, yet still maintains a commanding and dramatically awe-inspiring presence. Occasionally with a distant gaze, Melons lifts his face above and into the […]

Winding up into the mountains of the Puma Valley, myself and assistant writer Josh Krol drove through winding miles of scenery, including an orange farm […]

Audiohazard Massive was an excellent heavy bass concert to show that filthy dubstep isn’t leaving our music scene without a fight! Getting to the venue wasn’t hard at all, with it being conveniently located in a wonderful part of Queens/Astoria. Featuring some of New York and Long Islands’ best upcoming producers and DJs with major […]

We started out our first day […]

Hailing from Squamish, BC, Andrea Graham has been producing grimy bass goodness under The Librarian for nearly a decade. Always equipped with an arsenal of glitch heavy tracks, The Librarian blew us away during her double sets at last year’s Sonic Bloom, and we’ve been dying to see her live since! Instead of immediately ripping out […]
