After hosting the best bass gathering on the west coast for nearly a decade, it’s no surprise that Emissions West Coast Bass Festival have become masters of curation. 2017’s lineup will boast legends of past and future to give us one of the best rosters of the year, including The Pharcyde, X&G, Sober Rob, Craze, Thriftworks, HWLS, Stylust Beats, and more. It’s no wonder that people are traveling from across the US to check out the vibe that Emissions is throwing down, and we’re more than thankful to experience it for ourselves this year. It’s a big breath of fresh air to see a festival not catering itself as transformational, and genuinely promoting a kick ass weekend with some of the best beat makers in the scene. ‘Headier than thou’ is an attitude you won’t find at this festival, just a couple of bass goons soaking up the Camp Questionmark vibe.
In addition to a bucket list worthy lineup, Emissions has some of the most pristine venue grounds we’ve ever seen. Lush forests provide beauty and ample shade, and the Feather River that flows along the site is open for sunbathing attendees all weekend long. Are you daydreaming yet? Only 7 days remain until we’re getting down and grimy in the forest, and your crew can still join. Tickets are available here, and more festival details can be found on the official Emissions site. Snag your tickets, route the trip, and stream this 7 hour playlist of our Emissions favorites to get you even more stoked.
