Shift Thursday at Cervantes The Other Side: From Behind the Lens with Jessica Dnea Imagery [Gallery]

I brought my camera out to Denver’s Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom Shift Thursday on August 18th to check out The Galactic Effect, Tripzy Leary, Pheuzen (Treavor from Desert Dwellers), and Mystic Grizzly. First, to cool down a warm August evening, I caught Neptvn and Dimethyldreamz in the first rotation of the classic dual DJ Silent Disco on the patio.

The Galactic Effect traveled all the way from Miami to open up The Other Side and brought the salty beats with him. Followed by Pheuzen on his solo project: the bass-y Yang to the Desert Dweller’s introspective Yin. Tripzy Leary brought an unprecedented personal experience with his custom hockey jersey clothing, roaring crowd, and intimate vocal performance. Catching this particular show at Cervantes would turn anyone into a fan.

Finally, to close out the night, Mystic Grizzly delivered heavy, raunchy sound waves. Slowly filling the room with fog, lasers, and sweaty bodies, we became one big family in this ideal party environment. Enjoy these snaps from Shift Thursday, all courtesy of Jessica Dnea Imagery.
