he bittersweet end of Red Rocks season nears, we can only look ahead to the rad handful of shows we have left to choose from in hopes that we can prolong our Red Rocks love beyond the summer. Luckily, Rowdytown is the only party on the Rocks that has more than enough funk to make for a proper send-off! Curated by hometown favorites Big Gigantic, this will mark the first year Rowdytown will be set over two days, so prepare yourselves to party down!
This two-day rager will feature Caked Up, Trippy Turtle, Savoy, The Floozies, New Deal, Herobust and DVBBS, making for a uniquely intoxicating experience – a mini festival, Red Rocks style. This year’s Rowdytown is also special in the fact that it will go down as the first experience of Big Gigantic Live Band, featuring members of The Motet throughout their sets.
Fresh off the heels of their newest release, Nocturnal, Dominic Lalli and Jeremy Salken are coasting on a high from the tidal waves of their hard work and success, and it’s clear to say that the duo plan to celebrate in style upon their return to the Rocks!
Hinting that there will be hidden surprises in store, we can’t wait to see just how gigantic Big G plans to do this. 3D projection mapping visual artist Ghost Pixel will be working weaving his magic across the Rocks themselves, sure to make for an unforgettable weekend!
